First week of University (SIT)

 It's been around 8 months since I have touched a book/ read an article.

First day of school (online), I have a whole day of lessons that starts at 9am, ends at 6pm.

All the content that I am getting from all the professors is so overwhelmed. A few seniors I met through zoom actually stated that this course isn't an easy 4 years. But you know what, I already started with the problematic health check and I should not give up. 

The timetable system in SIT can be a little confusing. As every day and every week is a different lesson. Which means is best to be checking your lesson and the location of your lesson. But to be honest I am still confused about where is which so I guess I need to explore more?

SIT library is one of the places to study, but wow the library is really super quiet and I was so shocked because the library in Singapore polytechnic is a little more noise. But to be honest, I actually love the quietness of the library because it a good environment for the easily distracted me. 

But I think what is most interesting to me is about the experience I am getting to know friends and people around me. Due to COVID, there are lesser physical lessons in school. ( Which I don't mind because this means I can save more money on transportation fees as it is all adult fees now and it is a long journey for me to travel all the to school.) But the fact that with the lesser interaction this means I won't get to know more people. But for now, I guess it's quite the experience of knowing friends are super interesting. Because of the mask that we are wearing all the time, we don't even get to know the person through their faces, and it's all about the voice and fate. 

This means we can really get to know someone new with the ' Don't judge a book by its cover' because we can't see their faces anymore. Yes, we as human do choose to hang out with people we know, but I guess we are just lazy to get to know other people from the class unless is needed.

New school, new community. For now, everyone is nice and I hope it stays like that because other than making everyone's life easier. I guess we are in the healthcare course we should treat our friends like how we treat our patient!!
