How to overcome feeling lonely ≠ alone
Everyone at some point will enter this area when we thinking we are all by ourselves. But is that true? Or is it us overthinking about things that we thought is true.

But do know that you can be happy when you are alone. Because for me I do feel like alone time is needed for people who are like introvert or ambivert when our 'batteries' of our brains are just running low. That's their way to recharge their
But sometimes I do feel like I am lonely, which is totally fine my friends!! You know what if you really feel that way just feel free to start a chat with someone. If you feel uncomfortable to start a conversation through WhatsApp or Telegram. Remember there's always Instastory!! I actually love to use this platform to start a convo. As simple as just replying to someone's story like you 'Where do you get this?' 'Where is this place?' 'Oh my god, I feel the same too!!'
Another way is too also just approach your parents or siblings to talk too! I know that nowadays the family bonding is not very close but you know what to try to bond with them when you can!! You will actually appreciate the relationship and the bond you have when you get older. Because even friends we love to talk about the past and how we overcome stupid things together.
The last way would just be blogging, journaling would be good choice too!! Sounds old school but you know what if it helps to make you feel better why not right? 😊 I mean if you have the money you can find a therapist.
