Review : Beautiful Teeth Whitening Kit

A few months ago, the Teeth whitening kit was so popular and it was everywhere on social media. Many bloggers have tried it and claim that it works. Finally, I got my own set and I was super excited to try.

This is what's inside the box!! I did a time-lapse for my unboxing, it was super fun. But I was kind of sad to realize that my box didn't have the teeth color chart? As shown in a lot of shops online. But the thing is I bought this on the official Instagram account, so I'm actually curious why don't I have it, or is it they removed it? I'm not sure.

I have decided to describe how I feel during the whole process and I will be putting the before and after picture for sure!! So for the next few paragraphs will be how I feel about the whole process of getting my teeth whitened.

DAY 1
I was new to it so I went to youtube to search for the instructions of this kit. So I actually squeeze the gel on my teeth and then proceed to put the tray into my mouth. My mouth felt a slight pain, I think because of the gel. I think my lip kind of touch the gel hence I felt the pain. But the pain goes off after I rinse my mouth. Another bad thing about this is I definitely feel the soreness from my mouth because I have to hold that try for 30min 😣
DAY 1

DAY 2
Second try, this time I actually put the gel on the tray itself. This time I actually feel like my teeth had the sensitive feeling. And after 30min I actually still feel the tingling sensation in? My teeth. Maybe I put too much on the tray or I put the wrong place on the tray.
DAY 2

DAY 3
During the whole process, I sort of felt the heat in my mouth? So I try using my tongue to feel my teeth and indeed it was kind of warm. I felt like I was 'curing' my teeth than my nails. Also during the whole process I do wonder if I put too less of the gel as the previous day I do feel the tinkling sensation bit for today I didn't feel anything except the heat. Also, I think my teeth are kind of whiter now compare to the first day! Of cause I did drink tea in the day which will stain my teeth.
DAY 3

DAY 4
This whole process is getting into my routine just before I sleep. I do feel a little heat but it doesn't affect anything. There was no pain or anything other side effects.
DAY 4

DAY 5
I kind of got the gel on my lip which kind of burn again but after washing off with water it doesn't burn again. Nothing much for this day. I guess my mouth has started to get used to the holding of the tray in my mouth.
DAY 5

DAY 6
Today I tried another method of putting the gel. I put the gel on the whole tray and stuff it into my mouth. I'm not sure if it will work better putting it directly or what so let's just try!! For now, I still have like half the tube remaining. I'm not sure is it because I am super stingy in the putting of gel or it really can last for 1 week or more.
DAY 6

I was only able to do 6 days straight for this time. I do see a significant difference for the color of my teeth. To also take note that the picture might not be the best/accurate to compare the difference as all the photos are all from different angle and lighting. But people around me do notice that my teeth were whiter. I personally felt that after the third day, I was able to see a slight difference. After that day, I can see quite significant difference.

Difference between Day 1 and Day 6.

SUMMARY OF THE WHOLE WEEK
Super glad to be able to try this!! So let's get to the review part!! Let's talk about the bad thing aka disadvantages and then the advantages.

DISADVANTAGE(S)
-Your mouth might get tired for the first few uses (The holding of the tray in your mouth can get tiring)
-Taking out the 'tray' from your mouth is kind of disgusting (Cause all the saliva is inside your mouth for a whole 30 minutes)
-When you whiten your teeth the area near the gum might not have much effect compared to the bottom part. (I read/watched from online that is not really good putting the gel near the gum. )

ADVANTAGE(S)
-It does work within a week (It do what it promises)
-Affordable compared to going to a professional place to whiten your teeth

According to the shops, I see they do state that is not advisable for
-people with a serious case of sensitive teeth
-people with a serious case of tooth decay and tetracycline stains
-pregnant or breastfeeding moms
-people below 18years old - Due to undeveloped enamel dentures

All information credits to the shop owners!! :))
