Concern
Everyone has their own things to worry about. But I always feel like after sharing the things you worry to someone you will a little better. Even if it doesn’t help after talking to someone, at least now the person would know what you are worrying about.
I feel like is totally okay to share your emotions on social media. If you feel uncomfortable sharing maybe create a private account of just be like me! Create a blog and type out everything you feel. If not you can always write or type how you feel that day. If you feel that’s like very attention-seeking, just find a friend you can trust and talk to. Not a friend that you can trust and talk rubbish to you okie. It’s important to find someone you know you can trust, I mean even you family like your parents or siblings can be the person to talk to.
Everyone has their own way to relive a tiny little stress. I mean who is the world does not have any stress and nothing to worry about.
It’s a new decade and a feel like people nowadays are more open to share things or like to say go see a professional to talk about your troubles. If you do, I definitely respect you because is not easy to have to courage to say that you want to find someone to talk to.
In conclusion, if you need to relieve stress find away. To run, draw, dance just do it. If all doesn’t work find someone you can trust like your family or friends. Or else, find a professional to help you!! :))
Also, don't be scared to share okie because if your friend is being nice to ask how are you do share just a tiny bit about yourself! Cause remember there will always be people caring for you. It's just human like us might be lazy to do about it!! :)) don't make the people that care about you to give up on you because you are scared!! :))
