Done with Mid Semester test!!

Holiday had finally started. I realise that every time I start my holiday I will somehow blog about what I am going to do and end up just doing it halfway or just now doing it.
I am actually in a dental clinic now waiting for my mum to finish appointment is its been 3hrs and I am kind of hungry. But I shall not go out of the clinic to get food because is extra calories I am going to. After like scrolling through my Pinterest trying to get my inspiration for my bullet journal. But what really bugs me is I have no idea if I want to create a biweekly or a weekly planner on one page. I mean my life isn’t as entertaining as most of my friends soooo I really trouble with this now, but I just stop creating my cover page for the month of June!

So after binge eating and having a cup of large milk tea with boba for a week (exam week), I am finally going to start exercising and of cause, my main concern is to eat/ snack lesser. I was telling myself that if I don’t start eating lesser or get the exercise I will be super overweight by the time I graduate which is actually lesser than a year from now. So, with all the weight loss pills and drink I decided that once I finish them I will stop buying them. I bet I actually spend close to 1K on this and I guess that is the reason why my bank is so sad. This morning, I went to weight myself, just to tell you that I have actually stopped the weight loss drink for around 1 week, so I guess I wasn’t as surprised that my current weight now is actually the heaviest of my whole freaking life. Yeaaa, I have no idea what happened but the moment after my N level my metabolism just dropped, and my weight shoots UP like a roller coaster. Hopefully, this time I can really test my RESILIENCE & a little patience by seeing my weight dropping slowly because all of us know that decreasing of weight too fast is not healthy for our body.  So AIM for this would be EAT LESSER, EXERCISE MORE!! I am going to get back to the intermittent fasting (8:12) which is an eating pattern that works for some people but I am not sure if I will be able to lose weight with that way!!  

This holiday is gonna be a short one, I mean is just 3 weeks. Things to do hmm, I don’t think a lot because I don’t have friends (that are free?) hahah. I guess my life would be just EATING LESSER, BUJO & of course my KDRAMAS!! I just finished 'He is Psychometric' yesterday once I reached home from my crazy shopping time at Suntec. (Would totally recommend!! the plot is quite interesting!!) But I do still have a few dramas to finish up!! Yes, I am a Kdrama crazy fan. HAHA!!
