Thankyou 2K15 (School Edition)

Time is flying so fast and it's almost going to be 2016. I will totally be the one writing the year of the date wrongly!!  Embarrassing situation but I guess someone in the world will also so that too!!

Many thing to be blessed about in the year 2015.

SCHOOL EDITION

School occupy most of my life as a 16 years old teenager! In addition my school Woodlands Ring Secondary celebrates a lot of events like Chinese New Year , Sports Day etc! Happy to have this kind of celebration in school as we get all excited and happy to spent and bond with our classmates. Personally the most memorable events to me are Blessing Day and Teachers' Day!

Blessing Day is my Graduation Day from Secondary School!So of cause on  that day our class is pretty emotional as some of us are classmates for whole four years! Plus my two form class teachers did a speech which made me a little emotional too! In summary for that day our teachers set a mini photo booth for us with cute props! They also gave us gift to motivate us when we are studying! In addition they also treated us MacDonald!! So that's what happen the whole day!! Might be posting about it in another post!

Teachers' Day whereby my school calls it as Teachers' and Staff Appreciation Day in short TASAD! Love this years plan of TASAD as we were able to surprise our teachers and making nearly the whole class cry! I am pretty sure my class enjoy it because this might be the last year for some of us so it was pretty emotional plus TASAD is just after our Blessing Day! Will also post the details if I am free to blog!

Racial Harmony Day was fun too! as we were able to wear our own costume and take pictures! But honestly we just love the part that we can have a day without our school uniform! But the fun part for me was after school where I went to my friend's house to have a pizza treat!!

Week X is actually a week of outside a classroom lesson  for  the whole school! So for me I choose the culinary as my course! Of cause we learn , make , create and eat the food we create ourselves!! Fun experience for me! Also at the end of the whole course the culinary class create a buffet setting which we called it a showcase for the students and the teachers to eat!!

Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) ! SYF is a Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) competition? I guess? So my CCAs is choir. This year might be the last year being as a part of the choir so I am pretty glad that we got distinction as a choir. Which is totally a perfect ending to my choir journey in these 4 years!

Sports Day! The only event outside school for the whole day!! All the cheering and running! Had quite a lot of fun going around to take pictures! Plus I cannot really cheer to the fullest because the event was very near to my SYF also I had a choir practice after the sports day itself ! But it was still a fun day as it might be the last time to have a sports day!

National Day!! SG50!! Special year for Singapore!! Of cause my school will have special events! Which I totally cannot remember! But because we did participate some things about SEA games we did a SG50 sign and I also had a chance to decorate my own Nila ( mascot of SEA games) which I did not take any photo.

Youth Celebrate! is set to be a showcase of the vitality of our youth and their achievements in sports, arts and uniformed groups. Held on 26 July 2015 (Sunday) at the Singapore Sports Hub! So my school has some tickets to the Youth Celebrate! So me and my friend nominate ourselves to attend this event! It was fun and also we are able to be in the Singapore Sports Hub for free! It was a fun experience!

I will really miss the times in secondary school. Because my school celebrates so much events without this events. I will never know when is it! Like Racial Harmony who knows about this kind of events without a school! Of cause my friends! They are the one who always help me and make me laugh!

*Didn't blog about Chinese New Year as I was away from school during the events of giving mandarin oranges to the neighbours around the school.

In a few weeks I will be taking my N level results! Feeling pretty nervous and excited at the same time!! Because as a Normal Academic students we are offer to many pathways. Which are Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) , Direct-Entry-Scheme to Polytechnic Programme (DPP) and also continuing Secondary 5! Hence, all this pathways are making me so nervous!! Just hoping that I will be able to apply for PFP ! Cause everyone suggest us to get into PFP so I guess is the ideal choice for everyone?
